Seek Capital is looking for a top tier Email Marketing and Marketing Automation Specialist to lead the email marketing department of a company ranked by Glassdoor as #44 “Best Places to Work”

We are  looking for a high achieving Email Marketing Specialist who has proven experience ‘putting it all together’ including working with internal teams and utilizing the email channel to drive engagement, generate leads, grow revenue, educate user base and bolster the brand.

 You will be the lead driver and executer of ideating, sequencing, writing, implementing in marketing automation tools, and tracking B2B email campaigns, nurture sequences, and other email marketing tactics/strategies. You will have the freedom to add team members to ensure we have the best team to ensure continual success.

YOU WILL BE THE EMAIL LEADER AT SEEK CAPITAL
This is not just a leadership position, this is a “roll up your sleeves” role. You’ll be in charge of advancing our email marketing and marketing automation programs and will be expected to drive real results based on clearly defined KPIs. What You'll Do 
• Own the day-to-day execution of B2B email campaigns including building, scheduling, testing, deploying, and reporting.
•You will have input into content based on your testing results
•Campaign Optimization: Review, revise, and improve the email marketing campaigns
•Collaborate with internal teams, providing results / recommending actions, and identify opportunities for growth as it relates to email marketing
•Create and optimize email lifecycles and workflows, drip campaigns and nurture sequences
•Develop and deploy a comprehensive email testing strategy for email quality (big and little details;  links, subject lines, images, consumption platform, optimal conversion, delivery times, cadence, email design, messaging, content, and personalization)
•Build and manage internal email calendar to ensure that all requests are created, updated, and scheduled - as well as managing ad-hoc email requests
•Work with the creative team to ensure that all emails adhere to brand guidelines
•Lead our email marketing A/B split testing and segmentation programs
•Manage our email marketing database and ensure that our incoming data is of the highest quality, as well as clean this database regularly
•Track and analyze quantifiable performance of creative, content and audience segments to achieve customer acquisition and conversion goals
•Develop comprehensive reports detailing all email marketing KPIs (delivery, opens, clicks, conversions, revenue, and unsubscribes, and more)

Some Preferred "Nice to Haves"
•B2B marketing automation experience: Marketo, Hubspot, or Pardot (we currently use Pardot)
•Design experience (Adobe CC)
•HTML/CSS knowledge
•Copy writing/editing experience
•Project management experience
•Understanding of demand generation, lead lifecycle, and lead nurturing
•Experience working with nurture streams
•Experience working with lead scoring models
•Experience working with a CRM (Salesforce preferably)
•Experience incorporating SMS and automated voicemail to support email marketing
