Press Release: Seek Business Capital Commits to Enhancing Customer Experience

Check out the latest news from the Seek Capital team.

LOS ANGELES, CA June 2019 — Seek Business Capital is proud to announce major company changes aimed to increase its level of customer service.

Seek Business Capital has added two new Directors of Client Services and doubled the client services team headcount in a commitment to providing the highest quality of customer service to each and every one of its clients. Even with additional hires, the number of accounts per manager will not increase as a commitment to decreasing the number of accounts per manager.

“As our company grows we don’t want to lose focus on each individual customer,” said Roy Ferman, CEO of Seek Business Capital. “In fact, we want to enhance the user experience by ensuring that each account manager has fewer clients to look after, hence being able to provide a greater experience for each and every customer.”

Reese Paoletti, Director of Client Services: Reese joined Seek Business Capital after more than a decade years of working in exclusive members-only clubs. Paoletti is aimed at providing Seek Business Capital’s clientele with the same level of customer service she’s provided to celebrities and high net worth individuals in her previous roles.

“I’m thrilled to build upon the already great team here at Seek Business Capital and continue to raise the level of customer service for our amazing clients,” Paoletti said. “No matter what stage of business someone is in, they all deserve the same amount of attention and dedication to achieve their funding goals.”

Robinson O’Brien-Bours, Director of Client Services: Joining the Seek Business Capital team, O’Brien-Bours brings with him experience at various tech startups building customer-centric support and services teams across multiple sectors. Recognized as a thought leader in the customer experience space, he has spoken at several industry conferences.

“The startups and early-stage businesses we work with at Seek Business Capital are at a crucial step in developing their entire future,” said O’Brien-Bours. “We want to make funding, which is often the most stressful part of their journey, as easy and helpful as possible. By creating a more personalized and attentive experience for our clients, we’re able to achieve that and so much more.”

Jerry Maguire put it best: “Fewer clients … more attention.”
